How much would cost mole removal skin?

My daughter has been asking for years to get her mole removed (small, slightly elevated. Under the nose and above the upper lip.) Shes 13 and finally agreed. How much does it cost to obtain a small slightly raised mole eliminated? Is it the right age? Oh, and most importantly are the health disadvantages of laser hair removal, is it really bad for your health … (side effects)

I had some moles removed before and is not injured. The bites of local anesthesia / tightens slightly (like most shots), but not unbearable or to the point of tears and just for a second. Not sure about having to face, however. But once that is done, the removal itself is within seconds ago, even before you realize that you have begun. None of mine were laser though. I have scars on the 3 but they are much better than the moles did. Most people do not notice. I have no regrets at all and I'm really having a couple more to do. I have a child 12 years and is fast and easy, no it would leave doubts. Oh, and mine was covered by insurance because they wanted to make sure the moles are cancerous. The other two that I have done is cosmetic though so I'll have to pay for them. I hope I was able to help a bit!
